How we got our start:
S&H Professional Recruitings' founding members were employed in a large organization that utilized many different staffing companies. They believed that there had to be a better way to help companies find and keep qualified employees.
Today S&H Professional Recruiting is able to find and keep qualified employees. The key is to get to know the hiring needs of the company. S&H then creates a job map of what would be required of the potential employee on a daily basis. An experienced recruiter then begins the finding and interviewing process. Our interviewers have honed their interviewing skills as they interview hundreds of potential candidates a month. Once a candidate is selected, rather than leave the new employee to the client company, S&H takes an active roll in managing, supporting, and ensuring the success of the newly placed employee. As one founding member states it, "We want to ensure that the employee is not only excited about the new opportunity that the client has afforded them, but that the employee is exactly what the client is looking for in a new employee."
Unlike many other "Staffing Companies" our employees receive health benefits, paid days off, holiday pay, sick time, and personal leave. These benefits are paid by S&H. In this way our team is able to foster a feeling of success in their recruits. The new employees are no longer "temps" looking for a stable position but rather, long term employees of a thriving company and team.
